About The Position

Glo Fiber is growing and seeking candidates for a Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Roanoke, VA Glo Fiber Store. This role is for a sales-oriented customer service professional to work in a fast-paced environment selling Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. The RCSR will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber, while supporting local communities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service or call center experience.
• Reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals.

Responsibilities
