About The Position
The Retail Sales Representative is the customer-facing representative in a wireless retail store, helping customers find devices, plans, and accessories that suit their needs. The role involves demonstrating products, supporting sales goals, assisting customers with device setup and troubleshooting, and delivering a positive shopping experience. Representatives also help keep the store organized and appealing, support inventory and displays, follow secure transaction and privacy policies, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with the team. Compensation is described as average hourly pay plus commission totaling $15–$30 per hour, with uncapped commission potential and individual commissions paid twice monthly.
