About The Position
MobileOne, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is hiring a part-time bilingual (Chinese) Retail Sales Representative in Rowland Heights. The position offers an earning potential range of $27.86–$37.95 per hour, uncapped commission, and opportunities for career advancement. Compensation includes a $700 ramp-up bonus, guaranteed minimum 10% commission during the ramp-up period, monthly SPIFFs and incentives, referral bonuses, and bilingual compensation. The role focuses on proactively engaging customers, identifying wireless needs, and selling devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions. Representatives work toward monthly performance goals, develop sales skills through coaching and accountability, and represent the brand professionally while maintaining an excellent store environment. Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
