About The Position

JOIN one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the country! We are currently hiring Retail Sales Representatives who are energetic, driven, and eager to succeed. This role is best for someone with customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales. The ideal candidate must be comfortable actively engaging customers, recommending products and services, upselling, cross-selling, and working toward sales and commission goals in a fast-paced retail store environment. We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
  • Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
  • Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
  • Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
  • Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
  • Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
  • Work in person at the assigned retail store location.
