As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our customers while helping them find the financial solutions that best fit their needs. This role combines customer service, sales, and transaction processing to support our mission “To Have a Positive Impact on People’s Lives.” You’ll assist customers with new and existing accounts, identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, and handle day-to-day banking transactions—all while delivering the exceptional service that makes Bank of Luxemburg a trusted community partner.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of banking or equivalent sales experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning banking software systems
Ability to work collaboratively and represent Bank of Luxemburg with professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

Open, maintain, and service personal and business deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash handling
Support branch operations by answering customer inquiries, assisting with debit cards, wire transfers, and other account services
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment focused on growth and customer care
