Retail Sales Promoter
About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Retail Sales Promoter to work inside national retail home improvement stores. This role involves engaging customers in conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. The primary goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors or to sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups for newer systems. ARS is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 7,000 professionals and 45 years of trusted home service.
Requirements
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must pass background check
