About The Position
If you are a part of Red Sox Nation, have an outgoing personality, and love spending time at Fenway, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Picture yourself working at the oldest major league ballpark, Fenway Park! A historic ballpark with an iconic venue, exciting atmosphere, and the best fans around! We are a 7-day/week operation offering opportunities to work Red Sox Game Days and Historic Fenway Tours (20-40 hours a week) during the MLB season! At Magic Memories, you will be a part of a team that will capture fun, interactive moments of guests during Games Days and Tours at Fenway Park. The captured images are published in digital and printed formats, and presented to guest through storytelling products available for purchase. Magic Memories is a company that delights and amazes guests with the simple but universal concept of making people smile, and has driven that concept into its product, service, and innovation philosophy of capturing, creating, and sharing memories worldwide. Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must enjoy interacting with our fans!
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests during game days and tours to create Magic Memories by providing world-class photography service and experience.
- Take photos, provide guests with a memorable experience, and sell souvenirs to take back home and share!
- Capture unforgettable memories for our fans!
- Ensure excellent customer service!
