About The Position

This role is for a results-driven professional who leads the sales activities of their store. The incumbent will perform sales duties personally and/or through direct reports. They will understand the market, customers, competitors, products, and services within the store’s scope and translate that knowledge into strategy and plans to ensure profitable growth. The role also ensures compliance with store and company policies. The position is on-site at our Lowell, AR facility.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in installation of metal building products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in placing orders, getting quotes, and picking up orders.
• Assist customers with product suggestions for their project or problem.
• Assist customers with loading of their product.
• Stage material for customers each morning to prepare for quick loading.
• Responsible for cash handling and facilitating customer payments.
