About The Position
DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company that collaborates with numerous well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Our Retail Assistants are the face of the company in retail stores, providing customer interaction and merchandising expertise. This role is based in Dublin Grafton, with potential travel to other stores in the zone. The position offers a flexible schedule, with work available around other commitments. You will receive coaching and support from a Team Leader, and proficiency with apps is desirable for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required
- Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up-to-date operating systems
Nice To Haves
- Fashion brand experience is a plus
- Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
- Being tech savvy is desirable
Responsibilities
- Merchandising product according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Putting out deliveries of new stock
- Maintaining housekeeping standards
- Setting up promotional activities
- Working with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales improvement opportunities
