About The Position

DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company that partners with well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. As a Retail Assistant, you will provide face-to-face customer interaction and merchandising expertise within retail stores. This role is based in Lakeside but may require travel to other stores within your zone. The company is looking for individuals available to start as soon as possible, offering a flexible job that can be worked around personal schedules, provided shifts are completed during store opening hours. You will work with a Team Leader who offers coaching and ongoing support. Tech savviness is desirable due to the use of various apps to streamline work.

Requirements

Customer-focused with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude
Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required
Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of either Android 8.1 or later OR Apple IOS is 13.4 or later
Access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence

Nice To Haves

Fashion brand experience is a plus
Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
Tech savvy

Responsibilities

Merchandising product according to visual merchandising guidelines
Putting out deliveries of new stock
Maintaining housekeeping standards
Setting up promotional activities
Working with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
