About The Position

Charlie's Produce is a privately owned wholesale produce company and the largest privately owned produce wholesaler on the West Coast. We are growing and looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community to help us enhance our communities through quality produce. This position requires an individual who can work independently and fulfill the duties outlined with minimal supervision. Work hours are flexible with school schedules, and the individual must present themselves professionally while performing their duties and communicate effectively with customers and supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35-45 degrees).
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs frequently.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure.
• Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and fulfill duties with minimal supervision.
• Present oneself in a professional manner during work hours.
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding any issues that arise.
• Communicate work issues directly to the Supervisor for immediate resolution.
