The role involves training and leading a team to exceed sales targets, supervising daily operations including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching staff, and ensuring consistently great customer experiences, strong sales results, and quality store operations. The manager will be responsible for achieving location goals by coaching team members to meet Key Performance Indicators, maintaining staffing through retention and development, building a client base through ethical practices, establishing business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment through inventory management, device security, and merchandising. The role also involves enforcing operational policies, complying with legal requirements, and staying informed of industry knowledge.
