The role focuses on coaching and developing team members to provide exceptional customer service, build a loyal client base, and exceed sales targets. Daily responsibilities include training and leading the team, supervising daily operations such as hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching, ensuring a great customer experience, strong sales results, and quality store operations. The manager will be responsible for achieving location goals by coaching team members to meet Key Performance Indicators, maintaining staffing through retention and training, building a client base through ethical practices, establishing business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events, maintaining a clean and safe store environment through inventory management and merchandising, and enforcing operational policies and procedures. The role also requires compliance with legal requirements and staying updated on industry knowledge.
