My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead a team in providing a best-in-class customer service experience and building a loyal client base. The role involves training and leading a team to exceed sales targets, supervising daily operations including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching, and ensuring a consistently great customer experience, strong sales results, and quality store operations. The manager will be responsible for achieving location goals by coaching team members to meet Key Performance Indicators, maintaining staffing through retention and recruiting, building a client base through ethical practices, establishing business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment through inventory management, device security, and merchandising. Operations will be maintained by enforcing policies and procedures, and legal requirements will be upheld to maintain the stability and reputation of the location. Professional and technical knowledge will be kept current through educational workshops, publications, and networking.
