The manager will be responsible for achieving location goals by developing team members to meet Key Performance Indicators, maintaining staffing levels through retention and recruitment, building a client base through ethical practices, and establishing business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a clean and safe store environment through inventory management, device security, and merchandising according to company standards, as well as enforcing operational policies and procedures and complying with legal requirements to uphold the location's reputation.
