As a Sunglasses Shop Manager, you will be selling in our Women's clothing area and are the face of the SCHEELS experience. Your day will be a mix of high-energy customer interaction and strategic business operations.

Requirements

  • Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need.
  • Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class.
  • Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors.
  • Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.
