About The Position

The Retail Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing all Q39 retail products through Q39 restaurants, 3rd party retailers, and Q39 website to maximize product revenue. These duties include overseeing the buying and delivery process, forecasting inventory demands and trends, managing retailer relations, optimizing retail displays. In this role, the RSM is responsible for the success of all Q39 retail product sales, service of product line, which contributes to Q39’s brand's overall success.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
  • Thorough understanding of profit/loss statements, sales forecasting, budgeting, inventory management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR Extensive experience as sales manager required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with suppliers, Q39 managers and associates, and retail partners.
  • Evaluate product market space (stores and web) and competition to identify business opportunities via accounts or product offering.
  • Maximize retail product ROI by building existing and new retail, wholesale and distribution partnerships.
  • Continually assess consumer, market and retailer trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Working with suppliers and distributors to coordinate the flow of products and prevent inventory outages.
  • Regularly analyze sales to develop sales goals and provide appropriate reports to Q39 leadership, suppliers, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with company executives for product marketing strategies that align with Q39 brand.
  • Assess current competitor offerings to position Q39 retail products to maximize sales and ROI.
  • Manage production and delivery timelines across multiple suppliers and outlets, including product ordering, scheduling deliveries for customers and our warehouse.
  • Monitoring sales and monthly inventory to minimize losses or stock waste.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
