Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching the team to ensure excellent customer experience, strong sales, and efficient store operations. The manager will be responsible for achieving location goals by coaching team members on Key Performance Indicators, maintaining staffing levels through retention and training, building a client base through ethical practices, establishing business accounts by partnering with the AT&T Signature team, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, ensuring inventory counts and device security, merchandising according to standards, enforcing operational policies, and complying with legal requirements. The role also requires staying informed of industry knowledge through continuous learning and networking.
