Orlando Food Sales Inc. (OFS) is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead the launch and national expansion of premium Italian brands across U.S. retail channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new retail partnerships, and executing go-to-market strategies that position the company for long-term success in the market. The position focuses on building distribution across national grocery chains and independent specialty retailers, while developing strong relationships with retail buyers and distributors. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The position is based in Northern New Jersey and is an in-office role, with a willingness to travel nationally (~30–50%) for customer meetings, trade shows, and market visits. The position reports directly to the VP of Retail Development.
