About The Position

JM Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Manager for its Metro by T-Mobile store on Bergenline Avenue in New Jersey. The manager leads and develops the sales team, shapes the customer experience, drives store performance, and oversees day-to-day operations. The role is full-time, with availability for 45 hours per week and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales management; wireless industry experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train sales employees.
• Motivate, coach, and provide regular feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and guide team development.

• Drive store sales and meet or exceed performance goals.
