We’re hiring a Retail Sales Manager at our rental facility in Memphis, TN, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
  • Proficiency in sales and operational software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Some roles require passing a drug test, depending on the job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with construction equipment.
  • Familiarity with EquipmentShare's T3 platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve branch sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee daily operations of the rental facility.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage inventory and equipment availability.
  • Train and mentor sales staff.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
