Requirements

Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need.
Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class.
Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors.
Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.
