About The Position

A Retail Sales Lead handles all types of situations and scenarios throughout the day at the park’s two gift shops and are able to seamlessly take over at any position within the department. They exist to help guests, and Retail Sales team members, in any way possible.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Be confident talking to guests.
• Retail Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of one year working in Retail Sales department of Funtown Splashtown USA preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses a cash register.
• Handling money.
• Uses a credit card machine.
• Be knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store.
• Tidy up merchandise shelves.
• Restocks merchandise from stock room.
• Assists in organizing stock room.
• Cleaning the windows.
• Vacuuming Gift Shop Floors.
• Cleaning the counters and shelves.
• Taking out the trash.
• Keeping the Gift Shop looking its best.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of Funtown Splashtown USA
• Follow all policies and procedures of the department.
• Maintain professional appearance following all uniform guidelines.
• Attend all required department, interdepartmental, and park trainings.
• You may be assigned to other duties as necessary.
