Requirements

Lead or supervisory experience required.
Availability to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant to the Manager.
Demonstrate commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork.
Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure facility for the night.
Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports.
Conduct inspections when necessary.
Perform cash register/customer service duties.
Receive, price, and stock donations.
Hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
