About The Position
Join our team at Dee Zee as a Sales & Installation Associate. This role combines customer service, product sales, and hands-on installation of truck accessories. You’ll help customers find the right products for their vehicles, complete quality installations, and keep the showroom and inventory organized. We’re looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined and comfortable working with both customers and tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years' retail experience required.
- Dependable, motivated, customer-focused and comfortable using hand tools.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive, truck accessory or installation experience is helpful.
- Associates Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting truck accessories based on vehicle fitment, needs and budget.
- Install aftermarket truck accessories such as tool boxes, running boards, bed caps, mud flaps, floor liners and similar products.
- Maintain a clean showroom, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise and helping unload incoming shipments.
- Verify fitment before installation, perform clean and professional installs, and inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer product questions, explain features and pricing, and process sales transactions.
