The role also includes working with the team to keep the department customer-ready, which involves filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Additionally, growing relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts is a key part of the role. The hours and schedule will vary by week depending on business needs, and there may be flexibility required to perform duties in other departments.
