About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Teammates to provide comprehensive customer service, order management, and warranty support to our clients' customers. This role involves communicating through phone and email channels to address a variety of inquiries and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level and successfully complete the English written and oral assessment.
  • Must be willing to complete assessments that include a typing test (25 wpm).
  • Great communication skills, able to express themselves clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have HSD or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Experience Highly Preferred
  • Experience with customer service via phone, email, and live chat support is preferred but not required
  • Experience in customer service, sales, billing and technical support

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking.
  • Provide warranty support and process warranty claims.
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services.
  • Assist customers with navigating the global marketplace.
  • Support customer groups and address their specific needs.
  • Resolve production and shipping issues.
  • Provide website support and troubleshooting.
  • Handle other customer inquiries, including spam and marketing-related issues.
