About The Position
Monteith's Best-One Tire & Auto Care is seeking a Retail Tire Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for customer service, retail tire sales, and automotive service sales. The ideal candidate will be able to learn and apply product knowledge, identify and recommend necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs, and possess strong organizational and computer skills. Success in this fast-paced, multitasking environment is key.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and answer telephone following company requirements.
- Diagnose tire-related problems, recommend service, and quote prices.
- Ensure necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
- Follow the status of customer vehicles from service bay entry through completion of work.
- Maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel.
- Keep customers informed of any changes.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and solve problems that arise.
- Maximize departmental profitability.
