About The Position
MONTEITH'S BEST-ONE TIRE & AUTO CARE is a family-owned business that is looking for Retail Tire Sales Associates. These associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, retail tire sales, and automotive service sales. The role requires the ability to learn and apply product knowledge, and to recognize and recommend needed vehicle maintenance and repairs to assist customers. Strong organizational and computer skills are important for success in this position. Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask will excel in this retail sales role.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and answer telephone following company requirements.
- Diagnose tire-related problems, recommend service, and quote prices.
- Ensure necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
- Follow the status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
- Maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel.
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and solve problems that arise.
- Maximize departmental profitability.
