Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Part Time Retail Sales Consultant works on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through their options. The role also supports the community through events, fulfills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. The work is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer-service practices evolve. The schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training, tools, and coaching are provided to help employees meet and exceed goals. Compensation is listed as $26,500 to $48,000, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The stated salary range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals. The position is regular part-time, with 20 weekly hours, based at 1855 E Main St, Spartanburg, South Carolina.
