Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by creating meaningful customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and building long-term relationships through clienteling.
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual sales goals while promoting customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Build strong partnerships with Macy’s leadership and store teams to maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative by proactively managing merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation standards during all business periods.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing environment while staying current on Swarovski products and brand initiatives.
