The Retail Sales Consultant role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience and driving sales. This involves staying current with the latest technology and devices, understanding customer needs, and demonstrating how AT&T products can meet those needs. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced team environment and engaging customers through product demonstrations, while also providing prompt and courteous service.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs

- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
