Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
  • A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
  • Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
