The Retail Sales Consultant role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience and driving sales. This position requires staying current with the latest technology and devices, understanding customer needs, and educating them on how AT&T products can meet those needs. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
