Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This position is located in WOODBRIDGE, VA. We are looking for individuals who speak both Spanish and English, and bilingual candidates may receive additional starting pay. This part-time role allows you to optimize your earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by selling AT&T’s products and services. On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach, guide customers through their options, and be involved in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.

- Ability to work between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience is required; training and coaching will be provided.
Responsibilities
