About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T involves providing excellent customer experience and meeting sales goals. Consultants are expected to stay updated on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, understand customer needs, and educate them through product demonstrations. They must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment and provide prompt, courteous service to all customers. AT&T, founded by Alexander Graham Bell, has been innovating for nearly 150 years, connecting families, communities, and businesses with products and services like 5G and Fiber.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
  • Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
  • Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
  • Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
  • Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
