Part Time Retail Sales Consultant - TAMPA, FL
About The Position
The Part Time Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role uses AT&T’s products and services to help customers choose devices and services that meet their needs, while meeting sales targets and earning commission. Consultants work on the sales floor using a consultative approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. The position is based at an AT&T retail location in Tampa, Florida, and is scheduled for 20 hours per week between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Training and coaching are provided for employees who do not have sales experience. Earnings are listed as $48,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
