About The Position

This role is an opportunity to advance a sales career by creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be at the center of daily operations, aiming to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. On the sales floor, a consultative sales approach will be used to guide customers through their options. The position also involves participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching will be provided to help meet and exceed goals, even for those without prior sales experience. The role offers an hourly wage between $16.57 - $20.45, plus commission opportunities, with top sellers potentially earning up to $62,460 per year.
