About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role is focused on customer experience and sales. The individual in this position will possess a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. They will stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, understand customers' needs, and help them discover how AT&T products meet those needs. This role involves multitasking in a fast-paced team environment, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and interacting with customers to provide prompt and courteous service.
