About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role is a part-time position focused on customer experience and sales within a retail environment. The consultant will stay updated on the latest technology and devices, understand customer needs, and demonstrate how products can meet those needs. This role involves multitasking in a fast-paced team setting, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and providing prompt and courteous customer service.
Requirements
- Candidates with arrest or convictions records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.

- Contact with Customers/Candidates/Clients

- Handling/Proximity to Sensitive Information
Responsibilities
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
