About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role involves a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, understanding customer needs, and helping them discover how AT&T products meet those needs. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced team environment, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and providing prompt and courteous customer service.

Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
