About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role involves a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. The consultant will stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools. They will understand customers' needs and help them discover how AT&T products meet those needs, while multitasking in a fast-paced team environment. The role also includes educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations and interacting with customers to provide prompt and courteous customer service.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
