About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role is focused on customer experience and sales within a retail environment. The consultant is expected to possess a competitive spirit and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals. They must stay informed about the latest data, entertainment technology, and devices, such as Wi-Fi and TV entertainment tools. A key part of the role involves understanding customer needs and demonstrating how the company's products can fulfill those needs. The position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting and to educate and engage customers through product demonstrations. Providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers is essential.

  • Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
