While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals. Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.18-$20.31 per hour plus commission, with top sellers potentially earning up to $62,460 per year through uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
