About The Position
This position is for a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Bakersfield, CA, focusing on AT&T products and services. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commissions. Responsibilities include using a consultative sales approach, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching are provided for those without experience. Bilingual Spanish and English speakers are encouraged to apply, as this may result in additional starting pay.
