Part Time Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This position is located in LEESBURG, VA. We are looking for individuals who speak both Spanish and English, and bilingual candidates may receive additional starting pay. This part-time role allows you to optimize your earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. The goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets and earning commission with AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options. You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
