About The Position

This position is located in - WOODBRIDGE, VA (POTOMAC MILLS MALL). The role is for individuals who speak both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T's products and services. The role involves a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, and participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
