Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions tailored to their needs and lifestyle. The consultant provides an exceptional in-store experience, supports store operations, works with a team, and represents the AT&T brand in the local community. Compensation includes base pay and commission, with potential annual earnings of $40,000 to $50,000 or more based on performance, plus a new-hire ramp-up bonus during the first three months.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
