About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role focuses on customer experience and sales within a retail environment. This position requires individuals to possess a competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Consultants are expected to stay current with the latest data and entertainment technology, understand customer needs, and educate them through product demonstrations. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced team setting and providing prompt, courteous customer service.
Requirements

- Contact with Customers/Candidates/Clients

- Handling/Proximity to Sensitive Information
Responsibilities
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
