Part Time Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This position is located in SILVER SPRING, MD. We are looking for individuals who speak both Spanish and English. This part-time role offers the opportunity to optimize earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by selling AT&T's products and services. On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach, guide customers through their options, and be involved in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and openness to change. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience.
